- Welcome back….. Happy New Year and Happy New Decade!
- A huge thank you to all for advent fundraising efforts which took place during Advent, including the grand finale on the last day of term – Holy Rood’s Got Talent. The S6 pupils who ran the event were fantastic and a special thank you also to Mrs Jackson who was a huge support to the pupils and also appeared on the panel of four teacher judges. The winner was Trang Nguyen who dazzled us all with her dance skills. The overall fundraising grand total of £1350 will go to the Scottish Association of Mental Health.
- As S5/6 pupils began their Prelims on Tues 14 Jan, I ask you to remember them in your prayers
- This week we welcomed S2 parents and pupils to the first of our S2 Parents’ Meetings.

- S2 Information Evening – 24 February- 6.30-7.30 /Faculty Fair 5.30-6.30
- Careers Fair 5 Feb – 5pm – 6pm – S3-6 parents and carers are invited to meet employers and representatives from colleges and all the universities in the central belt and also learn about the Senior Course Choice Process
