Dear Parents/Carers
It’s been another very busy week in school. Like many other schools we continue to experience a small number of pupils testing positive for covid. Following a positive test, please alert the school and pupils should self-isolate as per the guidelines. A reminder that following a household case, if other children in the household test is negative via a lateral flow device, they can now come to school as long as daily tests for the duration of the family member’s isolation are negative.
Attendance
If your child is unwell (non – covid related) please also contact school. Pupils are very well supported in school by teachers, our Pupil Support Team and, if necessary, by support staff and professionals from external agencies. Good attendance is crucial to enable pupils to make progress learning. Let us know if we can help in any way in this regard.
If you have any concerns or wish to discuss your child’s learning or health and wellbeing, please contact the appropriate Year Head. You are respectfully reminded that due to the current circumstances, access for parent and carers will be restricted to maintain the safety of everyone and will be by appointment/invitation only.
